Vanilla Rooibos Tea Latte

My new obsession lately has been vanilla rooibos tea lattes. I first tried one at Caribou Coffee and then Starbucks (Caribou's is my favorite). I decided to try to start making them myself, which is actually pretty simple.

I found this amazing rooibos tea at HOMEGOODS! (I have seen another brand at Target too).

I already had everything else I needed.

Vanilla Roobios Tea Latte

1 Cup vanilla almond milk
1 Rooibos tea bag
1 TBSP Sugar free vanilla syrup
half scoop of stevia (optional- I wanted mine a little sweeter)

Heat milk over medium heat in sauce pan. Once heated (but not boiling) remove from heat, add vanilla syrup and stevia. Steep tea bag 3-5 minutes. Froth with milk frother. Pour into a cup and enjoy this yummy deliciousness!

It was that easy!
Fast, cheap, and easy is my favorite motto.... when cooking :)

  1. I made the trip to IKEA today and got a new milk frother from there!! After pricing several milk frothers in Charlotte, you can't beat the $2.99 IKEA has it for! I made the latte and love it!! I did however make it a bit too frothy at first, b/c I got obsessed with watching it froth. Mmmm--fast, easy and cheap! ;) ~22
